Formerly known as Red Radish to Go in Black Mountain and Asheville, Little Sprout Carryout is the newest addition to a legacy of our family-owned catering companies.
Marcus Duarte, owner of Little Sprout Carryout and The Red Radish Catering Company, is one of three brothers who have been cooking, feeding, and serving people in the Carolinas and Tennessee for more than 20 years.
