Since 1998, we’ve been serving our original, made-from-scratch recipes from our Black Mountain kitchen. Our menu offers a blend of our favorites, filled with fresh ingredients, chef-driven flavors, and lots of love. We believe gourmet food should be enjoyed in the comfort of home. That’s why we offer delicious, home-crafted meals that are ready when you are, easy to pick-up and share with family and friends. And we keep it simple. Formerly known as Red Radish to Go in Black Mountain, Little Sprout Carryout is the newest addition to a legacy of our family-owned catering companies.

Marcus Duarte, owner of Little Sprout Carryout and The Red Radish Catering Company, is one of three brothers who have been cooking, feeding, and serving people in the Carolinas and Tennessee for more than 20 years. (If you’re traveling outside the Blue Ridge Mountains, visit the brothers’ Red Radish locations in Charlotte and Kernervsille, North Carolina.)
