When owner Marcus Duarte hires a new member, we are 100% confident that they have our best interest at heart, but more importantly, they have your best interest at heart. Our belief is that if they aren’t smiling, you aren’t smiling, so we make sure to treat all of our employees with respect and dignity.
When it comes to menu planning and quality control, Little Sprout is in excellent hands. Experienced chef and caterer, Katie Fiore, personally sources our natural high-end ingredients and works with local vendors to create seasonal dishes that are hearty and filling. Trained at the New England Culinary Institute, her humble style of gourmet cooking makes regulars out of just about everyone who tries one of our ready-to-go meals.
